Import tax and duties are not covered in shipping fee or free shipping, maybe applied depending on the destination country. For more delivery information, visit our shipping page.
We share a 7-day return policy in the form of original payment or store credits, provided that items are returned new, unused, with original packaging and tags. Our returns team will inspect returned items making sure the items are in good condition.
We do not charge handling fee on returns. Email us at email@example.com with your order number within 7 days after delivery confirmed. Our team will follow up on your case with details about the next step.
We ask that you ship with insurance and tracking, DHL, UPS or Fedex are recommended. ro is not responsible for any return items lost in transit.
Please note you are responsible for any return cost, duties or taxes that may incurred. Original shipping fees, customs duties or taxes are not refundable.
We are happy to exchange your item for any in-stock item of equal or lesser value within 7 days after delivery confirmed, provided that items are returned new, unused, with original packaging and tags.
Items marked down are eligible for refund in the form of store credits.
Final sale items (marked down 40% off or more / tagged “final sale”, including use of any coupon codes) cannot be returned or exchanged.

FAQ #1 How does global shipping work?
Most international orders will ship within 48 hours after placing your order. International transit times vary based on destination but generally take between 3 to 5 business days.
Due to reduced airline capacity as a result of COVID, please expect an additional 2 days for delivery during high-volume sale or holiday periods.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a notification of your parcel being dispatched.
FAQ #2 How will taxes and duties be charged per order?
As of June 1, 2021, to make your shopping experience easier, duties and taxes are included and paid for at checkout for most countries. You will not be charged additional duties and taxes at delivery if your order is shipped to the countries listed below.
Duties and taxes are free if your order is shipping to Hong Kong or Singapore.
